CeX Continue expansion with Eastleigh letting

Acting for the Rozac Charitable Trust, James & Sons and Osmond Brookes have let 82 Market Street, Eastleigh to CeX Franchising Ltd for a new branch of their highly successful gaming and electronics exchange business.

CeX have taken a new 10 year lease at a rent of £22000 pa rising to £23500 pa for a store of 1030 sq ft plus upper ancillary areas totalling 680 sq ft.

CeX was founded in London in 1992. They have stores in the UK, Spain, USA, Ireland, India, Australia, Portugal, Netherlands, Mexico and Poland. They buy, sell and exchange a range of technology and entertainment products including mobile phones, video games, DVDs and Blu-ray movies, computers, digital electronics, TVs and monitors, and music CDs.
