James & Sons are offering another two properties for sale at the forthcoming July auction with joint agents, Clive Emson. The properties will be offered at the Clive Emson auction on Thursday 24 July and include a yard and garage located in Longham, near Ferndown, with a guide price of £30,000 to £40,000. Also available is 91 to 97 Melbury Avenue, Poole, a commercial retail investment of four shops, including One Stop (guide price £460,000 to £480,000).
This follows a successful May auction where joint agents Clive Emson and James & Sons disposed of two properties on behalf of private clients. One of these included a substantial garage located in Bonchurch, Isle of Wight. It is understood to have once comprised part of a coaching inn and sold for £14,000, having been offered with nil reserve. Peter Davy of James & Sons commented “Auction was the ideal way to sell the Bonchurch property as it was particularly difficult to price.
